Why are you both being SA's about this? I know a fair bit about Donald Trump, but I don't believe in him. What about you Joe?
Many people have taken it upon themselve's to learn as much as they can about Christianity, rather than maintain blind faith in something that was imposed on them as a child. At least some of the comments are intelligent and informed. Now how many Hail Mary Prayers will this cost me?

The irony I see here is the atheists, if they are true atheists they don't believe in the existence of God, yet they believe Jesus existed.
Just like God there is no proof Jesus exists or existed.

Five years of education in a convent boarding school will do that for you.
Yes, I am an atheist, but when I refer to Christian beliefs I speak from actual knowledge not popular assumptions.

Nah, I prefer to speak with those who have a degree in theology

Why do you have a problem with the existence of Jesus? The name derives from Yeshua - a not uncommon Jewish name - and I'm sure there would have been quite a few blokes called Yeshua living around Nazareth at the time in question.
There are certainly historical references which suggest that one such bloke was executed on the order of the Roman governor and a cult called Christianity sprang up following his death, based on a belief that he was the Messiah promised in the Scriptures..

They seem to know what they are talking about and tend to present a far better argument, be it for or against Christianity.
