Mornin' all
Good to see you back CC. A hospital visit sounds a bit more serious.
Hope you're well on the way to recovery now.
Linda will be having her 2nd injection shortly. Sounds encouraging, if the
first one went so well.
Bushie, what sort of thing are you looking at for the shower? I thought you
had that sorted with some sort of sheeting?
Hope jv is enjoying herself on her little trip away.
Sandy, looking after yourself?
Ooak, don't tell me it's not raining where you are now, this rainband goes
all the way up to your place. It's been pouring down all night.
No outside work here today - too darn wet. I still have couch grass roots
that I have to poison off, or they'll take over again. And still a ton of
wandering jew. The leaning tree fern is down and trimmed ready for sale.
The skip is still there. I haven't paid anyone for anything yet!
Been awake since about 6am - tried sleeping - wasn't happening.
So I watched 2 more episodes of Downton Abbey.
Only 2 episodes and the Christmas Special to go Ooak.
Gee that Carson is turning into a worse snobby pig than he ever was!
10 deg atm and only getting to 12 today. Bit nippy to say the least

Bluddy lying BOM again! Looks like heavy rain at yours. Bummer
Bit sore and sorry today. Will rest up. Can't do anything outside anyway.
No letup with the rain.
Friend came back last night to fix the fridge - again! It didn't help that
the bluddy thing kept beeping all night. I had to get up and play 'let's turn
the light off with this magnet' all night, to stop the beeping.
It was like trying to sleep with a dead battery in the smoke alarm.
That's one of the reasons why I only got 3 hours sleep. While he was
here I got him to fix the light in my spare fridge. Hasn't had a light for
over 10 years. I couldn't get the globe out and I didn't want it to smash
in my hand. Turns out the globe was fine. It was the switch.
No naps. If I have a nap, there'll be no sleeping tonight.
