would post, but had no interest in most of the threads on offer.

Mornin' Richo n Ooak

Big variance in temps this morning, 11 here here, heatwave compared to Richo's place  ..... Wind is at around 25km/h Richo, so not too bad atm, am hoping it doesnt increase as I have stuff to do outside later on

Work day for you Richo, dont forget to pack a snack or 2 ... Great you can catch up with you DD as well

When does you hub start on the painting Ooak, are you going to do the hallway the same colour before?  Does he need to paint all the doors as well or just the walls?

Hubs is ripping out the old vanity tomorrow, new one is expected on Thurs, so he's going to be a busy boy for the next week or so, I will busy myself somewhere else    ... Still deciding re the tiles, dont need many as we are only tiling above the vanity, so they shouldnt take long to do

Cpl of blood test this arvo, nothing too exciting, hospital wants them done before the op   ..... Needles dont bother me, thank goodness

i hope the weather holds for your reno bushie some nice dry days would help it go smooth and fast 

no doors or ceiling to paint ( thank goodness ) and we are staying with the same colour because we like it and it matches 

it's realy just to cover a few scuff marks and the greasy hand slide lol

hubby recons 1 coat will do the job so it wont take to long 

wont be doing it until its warm enough to open all up we dont want to be closed in with a paint smell !!

Totally agree re not painting until the warmer weather Ooak, I was advised that  internal  painting is best done when the outside temp is between 20 n 30 degrees, not always possible but still a good guideline to follow.  I cant handle the smell of paint, really makes me feel sick, so I am no help all all re the painting here .  It's good you can stay with the same paint colour, I hate trying to choose paint colours, way too many to pick from these days.   I still need to sort out the colours for the bathroom walls n dados,  not an easy job 

World news, its just one disaster after another these days, very sad for those caught up in it  😞

I only take the news in small does these days.   A couple of years ago

I discontinued the paper delivery and stopped watching the 6pm news.

Daughter couldn't believe it - it was a lifetime habit for me.  Not now.

I read some news on-line, but give up if it disturbs me.   Head in the sand.

How's the job going Ooak?   Hard at it?   Someone has to do it, might as well be you.

No wind here atm - don't think any is coming either.   But I still have to lug

There's supposed to be 30k wind out there, but nothing's moving!    BOM lie!

yes i like to keep my head in the sand , it's to depressing to look up 

hubby watches the news much more than me , im just not able to handle all the sadness 

i made a purchase today of one of those convection ovens on here ( deal of the day )

hope it's ok , we will use it in the garage and then no food smelling house 

we use the slow cooker out there and its a good system 

anyway hope it works ok ( will mean less oven cleaning also if it does )

does anyone have one ?? 

i was working hard on the breaking bad watche 3 eps , there a crack up those pr at the beginning lol

thats the same kind of thing just a different brand  the one i bought is still on the ebay deal of the day
