Has been a rough couple of weeks - but - find I am over most of it - if not all of it.
As the saying goes - Grant me the strength to accept the things I cannot change - the courage to change the things I can - and the wisdom to know the difference.
Boo Boo has had her girlie op - calmed her down for about 24 minutes - now rampageous again.
She goes back to get all 3 stitches out on 16th.
Hope Slegend is on the mend - seems it all worked.
JV - well - hols again - but not for the best of reasons.
Linda - just keeps on going.
Stawks getting painful ears from natter - hope there are some good travel stories in there.
Richo - Mastercheff - at it again - with the aid of Ron.
Ooaksy & I did 4 klms together this morning - not much could be said on the hills - the downhills were a chatter.
Think she could lengthen her stride a bit to keep up though.

Mangoes - well - I have a tale of mangoes.
My only Uncle Wal - lived in Cairns - sent every Christmas a box of a dozen mangoes.
All sun ripened.
Of course they didn't last long - I was in like Flynn.
The first time I did this I woke one morning - took a look in the mirror - made an appointment with the Doc.
The whites of my eyes were totally yellow.
Thought I had Hep.
Seems it is the colour - same as the very old tanning lotions.
They contained carotin - or however it is spelt - which can colour the eyes, fingernails etc.
The Doc didn't think I looked sick - took us while to figure the mangoes.
Hi Helen - great to see you. Sorry you've had a bit of an upheavel but sounds like you have it sorted out now.
Poor Boo Boo - but has to be done.
I'm coming along fine now. Good ooaks can ring you and have a chat.

You are right - the only control we have are our own decisions - I have made mine.
Mangoes are truly the fruit of the gods - if - like all fruit - sunripened.

Stawka you might get a white xmas with that weather this year , it's 28 degs here
i remember one year ( many many years ago ) we had a very cold xmas day had the heater on , it was soo strange , but nice

helen i turned DD orange when she was a baby , with home cooked mashed carrots , she loved them
took her to the dr's she said do you feed her a lot of carrots lol

Ooak, hope today has been a good one. Today has been so cold, not only
