Seems to be a lack of threads for blokes.
On other threads,some ladies have mentioned, their OHs
would post, but had no interest in most of the threads on offer.
I can bump this thead twice a day,so its easy to find.

Canned corn beef and mashed potatoes fried up together = corned beef hash. Used to love it.

Making soda 😉 Freddie. I think I've talked myself out of it. I rarely drink fizzy drinks, but had a can of Solo the other day and really enjoyed it.

JV, I've found some online reviews really helpful, even today I was checking them for soda makers. The thing I love about gas is the control - having simmer and below, and when you turn it off, it's OFF.

Stawka, I think they take the peel off, not sure.

Yes, Ooak, my lovely son looks after me if I need him to. He goes shopping most days to buy his dinner and will go to buy me things. He walked around most of West End the other day to find me sushi. It had to be the right sushi, you know?

I can usually do some basic cooking. Fried egg on toast is a good thing. Then it's back to bed.

This chemo is much more tiring than the last lot.

Richo, when my son was in first year at high school, he stunned me by saying he wanted to cook his own birthday meal. Some kind of big meat and key lime pie. He loves to cook still. He made sushi the other day and it looked and smelled great, but I wasn't into sushi right then. Appetite varies so much right now. A week or so ago, he got us a mixed grill at a local Greek place. I ate the lamb chop in milliseconds.

He makes a very good roast dinner, but I am the potato queen 🙂

Katy and Ooaks did you happen to see the story on the break through

new treatment for BC on the news tonight? Wow it's a exciting new 

machine which means one 10minute radiation treatment replacing

3 - 6 weeks of daily rads. I would have been an ideal candidate for

that.

I don't drink fizzy drink Katy - I thought you might have a secret concotion

with a few dashes of vodka to mix up.

Thanks freddie n stawka...the whole place is gas including the heating.........which is ducted......very popular down here........going to tackle thd extraction fan over the hot plates tomorrow see what mess that is in.

Will say night night, the princess going shopping for boots late am, im in charge of the whirlwind lol.

Freddie we used to go mushrooming when I was small used to take our girls when they were small with Nanna Neate, my word that woman loved mushies.

Did see that new BC treatment, new treatments coming all the time.  Very sad about Connie, Sam did all he could to keep her alive and find a cure. must be heartbreaking for him.

Sorry Richo, got your day wrong.  Does your card have lots of spaces for more appointments, that saves a new one every time you need to visit.  Did they tell you you can drive?  Guess you will find out.

You girls with cancer are so very brave, you take it one day at a time and are so tough, you all have my admiration.
