Went out earlier looking for ants. Couldn't find any in the vegie garden or on the path anywhere. I'm hoping they're washed out.
BUT......I found this lot on/in next door's garage which is my fenceline.
(dunno why they're sideways) Anyhoo, I fed 'em some lovely poison to take home.
They lapped it up - the mongrels!

Stawka.

Stawks,
I have used Borax, sugar and some honey to get rid of ants.
Mix 1 part Borax to 3 parts of sugar and stir.
Then add a bit of honey, and a bit of boiling water and mix together to form a paste.
I have then smeared it onto a small piece of baking paper and put it near the ant nest or trail.
Ants take it back to the nest and it's usually goodbye ants.

Trav I've had to be careful in the past, that the cat doesn't eat anything I put out for the ants.
I also needed something that would stick to walls.
I've found the right stuff, but there's millions of the bleedin' things.
