Seems to be a lack of threads for blokes.
On other threads,some ladies have mentioned, their OHs
would post, but had no interest in most of the threads on offer.
I can bump this thead twice a day,so its easy to find.

Arvo -  back in

Owner was very greedy.  Wanted waaaay too much.   Hence no-one bid.

Only a Vendor bid that was laughable.

Dressed for sale with hire stuff.  These pics are all upstairs.

The office and my corner was where the tv and plant are.  The TV plug is actually where the photographer is standing in the 2nd pic   hahahaha

It actually had a useless kitchen.  Hardly any storage, and once the microwave is on the bench, no bench space either.

So, all in all, they prob. did her a favour by tipping her out.  Only advantage it had, was it was only ½ block from the shopping centre.

Much nicer kitchen with lots of storage now.    Aaand 2 dishwashers, lol

16 deg atm, and that's the highest it's been today.  But it's lovely and sunny and that sun is quite warm.   Houseis all open to air out.

Freddie the one closer to my mates has a price on it.....the elderly owners only been there for just over 12 months.....they moved from coffs i think to be near family......thd old boy has dementia and the  old lady is going into care.....family cant be stuffed although she is independent and very spry......some heartless pos out there......

The cake receipe is.

1 kg of mixed fruit.

600 ml of iced coffee.

2 cups of self raising flour.

Soak the mixed fruit with the iced coffee in a bowl, cover with plastic and leave in fridge overnight

In the am mix in the 2 cups of sr flour .

I make this into patty cakes...cook in a fan forced oven 160 170 for about 20 mins.until skewer comes out clean.

There r no eggs in this receipe....u can add in nuts etc etc.

DD just left been a lot to talk about today 

she had great news that her hubby has had another promotion at work and hes now the 

financial conntroller with a great pay rise ...... fantastic timing for them , he works very hard and is top notch at what he does 

Freddie i take a picture of the recipes saves me writing them down , then if we like them i write them up in my book

JV  what a lot of thinking you have to do , i really hope 'the' one is one of these

Richo would be good if the grandie got a ride one day , might happen ..... lol you gave the girl 'evils' good on ya

few days off

Sandy wow that's a hefty bill , cost us a fair bit coming here but not that much , was worth it for us though

because we had no help , i was next to useless and hubbys had a bad back for year also so we couldnt risk it 

we had to pay , they were great thought and hubby didnt have to lift a finger except a last minute vacuum 

DD is worried someone is knocking off the left over bricks , they were hoping to keep them , but oh well cant be helped

Great news the SIL getting a big pay rise.

Grandie gets spoilt enough now.

yep Richo it's great for them , he is a hard worker , and studies every night and 1 day a weekend 

so he has worked hard for it 

the predicted rain was a no show , cloudy all day but disapointing

still a chance tomorrow

Stawka the pic's look nice - but sometimes the real thing

is a disappointment when you realise the pic's were taken

at an angle and the rooms are a lot smaller than the pic

 shows. Thanks for the recipe JV I will make it one day

soon - gosh I hope something comes of this one JV it's

time for you to settle down and enjoy your life with your

mates. Ooaks great news for DD's hubby he sounds like

he deserves the rewards of his study and excellent work

ethics. Richo I hope this new build next to you isn't going

to cause you any unnecessary stress I hope they are for

sale and good people buy the one closest to you.
