Trav, it's nice to hear your son is doing OK since the stressful time,
if you are a worrier stressing over an outcome can unsettle you even
though as much as you try not to stress you do.
Ooaks just the normal everyday chores is all that's on today. Not long
till you set sail JV we will miss you when you are gone 
Richo, it's so easy to fall so don't feel bad, you rebounded pretty well if you
are able to get out and about today. Ooaks very uncomfortable when you
have a neighbour you need to dodge and plan your outside time around
their schedual, does she normally have christmas back in China? I wonder
if she fills her luggage with baby formula on her china trips ?
