Evening Richo, everyone. Had a slight miscue this afternoon. Was trying to put my shoes on to check the letterbox. Got one on ok, nearly had tother one on and I felt myself tipping over, my head hit a small chest of drawers, I landed on my right knee and fell onto my left side. Layed there for a while, slowly started moving my limbs, after 5 minutes I decided I could get up, took another 2 minutes to work out exactly how I was going to get up. Did fair bit of damage to left side and sciatic nerve but I eventually got up, sat in my chair for 10 minutes and rang Louise who had just left. She was there pretty soon, I asked her not to tell Chris and I didnb't want to go to Doctor. She picked up phone, rang Chris then Doctors, had a checkup, I am ok, will be a sore and sorry girl tomorrow. Lou took me home long enough to pack a bag, and here I am in Benalla. Don't know for how long, will depend on how I pull up tomorrow.. You know what the worst bit is, They always ask you if you have had a fall in the last 12 months. I almost made it, now I can't say no.
