Good morning Richo, Linda & everyone.
Currently overcast, just finished hanging out some washing and has begun to sprinkle.
Wifey has not noticed the cut, and I'm not saying anything about it.
Luckily I have plenty of hair which hides it.
Heading out shortly to go to the shops before they get too busy.
Have a good day

Good morning Richo and everyone else as they drop by.
Yes, Granville Train Disaster caused jolts in many peoples lives
My family was involved in multiple ways, never to be forgotten.
My Gloucester road trip has been postponed - too tired to cope
with walking around properties today. Might do a mid-week trip
and avoid those weekend bikers who enjoy the roads in that area.
A few things to do now - including replenishing the birds' water
troughs.
Must tell you about the local magpies, later.
Richo, do you still have the feathered ones visit you ?
on 19-01-2019 10:36 AM
Good morning Deb.
Yep-sunny weekends bring out the bikers.
Still feed the 4 magpies and whatever else turns up every morning.
They will miss me for a few days soon-but will get over it-like a bridge.lol.

Arvo all,
Linda, you're sounding better. Hope it's true. You wouldn't lie, would you?
Deb, are you looking to move or just invest?
Trav, try and stay out of trouble for just one day.
Richo. you always say this year will be your last for the all boy's Aussie Day trip.
Make sure you pack well.
I've been out harvesting the vegies, and I have to pickle some more cucumbers!
Also too many plums....I'll have to stew them as well.
Fighting the size of the tomato plants. Don't know what I did this year, but I've run out of stakes for the 3 that I planted - yes, I only planted 3 tomatoes, and they're now out of control, and heavy with fruit.
Looks like I may have to make tomato sauce.....if I can find everything I need.....it's been years.
Even the parsley is out of control and is currently about 18" high - small shrubs, I'd say.
It rained yesterday - enough to keep it all happy and growing higher.
Busy day ahead. Hope everyone is travelling well.
22 deg atm and a top of 26 exected.

Back to the chores..24c nice day....
on 19-01-2019 01:15 PM
Ripper crop indeed, Richo.....but.......
I've picked off a fair number of tomatoes and piffed 'em.
Due to the really hot days, they're boiling on the vine inside their skins.
More stinkin' hot weather expected toward the end of next week, too.
Trav,,......,meant to ask........any reaction from the neighbour to the letter you sent?

A welcome relief from the heat today - overcast & cooler - much cooler.
