She meant something like this (believe it or not, it's tasty - well, I like it at least):

Seriously?
Paper if you have a bronchial infection, surely you need antibiotics to clear it up?
I'm worried that you never seem to consult medical advice, but just seem to work through it.
It will only tire you more, and maybe to the extent that there's no coming back from it.
Make an appointment please.

I am tired because I had a big day but I have not coughed much today. It has probably been the best day in a long time. I just hope it won't worsen again overnight.
I did quickly look at when a certain medical centre opens every day because they said I might be able to go without an appointment if there are not many people, so if I go when they open I might have a chance.

What on earth is Spicy Lemon Chicken - with no chicken.??

Yeah, I agree they shouldn't call it chicken, or duck, or fish. But their products are good, better than the vegetarian products at Coles or Woolworths at any rate, which are all similar.

Seriously - I give up.
Now going on a couple of years and most posts are of this nature.
Not once from memory - has it been said - ' this is the medical advice I have been given ' - not once has it been admitted medical advice has even been sought.
If one is good to go out buying - one is good to go for an appointment.
Sheesh.
This simply makes me mad - really mad.

Go without an appointment, papermoon.
It can be dangerous to go out without sleep or in bad weather.
If it is possible to go without an appointment, go without an appointment, even if you have to wait.
I once had a student who collapsed after not sleeping for two nights and he seriously injured himself. Sometimes I suffer from insomnia too, although not bad, so I totally understand.
Don't do things that you think you can't handle.
If you know about the Breo and the preventer, obviously you know what you need and what doctors gave you in the past. You can also get scripts online at InstantScripts, although you have to talk to a doctor online for certain meds, and it might cost more than at a medical centre, but considering most medical centres don't even bulk-bill any more, it might be an option, although I am not sure about repeats.
Oh, and have some good tucker, as the Countess said.

Soy-based, pea protein, etc.
