On other threads,some ladies have mentioned, their OHs
would post, but had no interest in most of the threads on offer.

It's been too darned hot to do anything for days now.

Cool change has just swept into Melbourne.....and about time too.

Watched 2 of - Zero Day - 3rd one tonight - not bad.

' Collateral ' supposed to be good - will see.

Garden today - looks less like a disaster zone.

Finally a cool change had swept in.

Did I mention that I hate the heat?

We met up with family yesterday at the Hofbräuhaus for lunch. The predominant order was Bratwurst. Mum can’t have that anymore as her food must be soft… so it was trout for her.

Then off to HMT to see Beauty and the Beast.

I had never seen the Disney animated version, so all of those talking household items were quite a surprise, as was the bizarrely antagonistic and self-satisfied Gaston. The second act was more enjoyable than the first, I thought.

It was a heat-blasting day. Just walking from the restaurant to the theatre was challenging with my torn meniscus, and in that heat… ugh. The theatre staff were fantastic in helping.

It`s nice the cool change arrived but it will be  back to high 30`s  again on Wednesday. Had some rain and thunder but it didn`t last long, the garden really needs a good soaking.
