Seems to be a lack of threads for blokes.
On other threads,some ladies have mentioned, their OHs
would post, but had no interest in most of the threads on offer.

Linda good news about Terry glad he came through ok bad luck about the keys:(  the weather has been balmy to hot even in Armidale didnt need a cardie.........the coundtry is all tender box dry looks like a horrible summer ahead re bushfires etc etc

Purps hope u feel better in the am nothing like grinding pain to really wear a person down

Only visit 2nd daughter about 3 times a year.

The matriarch lives in the same town and makes it hard.

Good evening everyone.  Seems you have all been busy.

Had a look at the Salvo op shop richo.  Bought a couple of things to resell.  Also the one in the main street down the Bairnsdale end.  A jolly jumper is like a swing that you attach to the rafters (or a door frame) and the baby can bounce around.  Got this one new still in the box for $20 which is a good saving.

Good result for your gs Linda - another hurdle over.  Glad to hear Terry is OK.

Good your well on the way jv.  Nice time of the year for touring - as long as it's not too much for you.

You poor thing purple.  This year is not your year.

I overheard a bloke up in Sale say - "It doesn't matter who you vote for up here, the National Party have a huge hold and it wont make any difference".  He is so right - they have around 90% of the votes.  We enjoyed a sausage though!

Good morning richo and everyone else still to arrive .  A chilly 13 forecast today richo - don't think I will be doing much except going for a walk and making a slice for tomorrow.

Hope your visit to No. 2 daughter goes well richo - surely the matriarch can stay away for an hour or so.

I hope all the sickies feel a little better today.  My cold is well on it's way with me only being a bit chesty so that's good.

I do hope the political zealots give it a rest now.  I was always taught that religion and politics were personal - my kids wouldn't have known who we voted for - it was up to them to decide and I still wouldn't have a clue who they vote for.

On the ABC last night about 6.30 a commentator had the charts all set up.

In one electorate 0.01% had been counted (61 votes) from many thousands.

Then waffled on about the trends and swings lol.

See what happens at the visit.

She may have picked up a grandie to stay overnight or

picked a couple up to take shopping before i get there-

Going to just motor over to Parkes today.......very nice town  and will be just a nice cruise  tomorrow........was jiggered after yesterday but with a good sleep under the belt am almost bright eyed and bushy tailed:)

Richo there is nothing that you say about people that i couldnt repeat re the OHs offspring.............cant make a silk purse out of a sows ears comes to mind................enjoy the visit ...............the OH now never says to the offspring what we are doing that way no white anting can occur:):)

Yes very careful driving and yes a lot of green pick from the road run off so am really aware of things that jump...............saw a dead koala on the first day really upset me:(..............many dead foxes and many dead roos.
