Mornin' all
Can't believe you didn't go to the gs Richo!
Helen sounds like she might be missing for a coupla days.
Pretty keen to put up that many decorations.
Ooak, did you hook up one of the special wheelchair trolleys?
And you really need that disabled sticker now, for the parking spot.
Sandy, I love the stocking idea you do with your kids and grandkids.
Your pedometer is an Omron, cos that's what mine is. I had a slack day
yesterday, and only did 3.825 steps.
Home today - Not a lot going on here.
Will have to get inventive for the w/end meals.
Didn't go supermarket shopping yesterday.
Have some stuff in the freezer, will just have to rummage
21 deg here ATM. Heading to 31 deg

Good morning Stawka.--bet you knew about that red under line thing.
When thawing out in the fridge-put it near the light-that helps.
You are going well with the step counts.
Hope the other posters had a look at your--extreme shepherding thread..........................Richo////.

hi everyone
well back in the cot and have had a cup of tea and a cry because it didn't go so well
we were in there a little over a hour and about half way it started getting uncumfy so started wriggling a bit but kept going i started out
trying to wheel myself but had to give up after one isle just havent got the strengh from being so inactive and it was pulling on my back
.....so hubby left the trolly at the end of each isle and put the suff in a basket on my knee then empied it into the trolly
but when i went to get back in the car i could hardly move very painful so streight back in bed i havent got up again yet so i hope its setled down when ive rested it a bit
anyway hubby recons next time () we will go on a day we dont need a full order so im not sitting up for so long and (or) i should get up half way and walk for 5 mins that might work out better
when we go to the drs i have to keep getting up and taking a few steps so i should have known better than to spend 1 hour in a sitting possition (twit)
i feel like i have ran a marathon absolutly knackered lol

I never go anywhere near that spell checker (ABC button)
I use too much slang in what I type.
Ocker pronunciations are the go for me. Don'tcha know?
I'm glad you enjoyed the extreme shepherding.
But I do wonder how many people remember the first
tv game 'Pong'?
And I start my thawing in the microwave - it has a defrost button
Light bulb! Indeed!!

Aww Ooak, they have special wheelchair trolleys that hook up
to your wheelchair.
Hubby can push the both of you, and you don't have to wheel yourself

"Look, it's a miracle"
on โ05-12-2015 11:30 AM

i dont have the spell check ether so sometimes when im not to lazy i use the one on my phone (messages) just pretend to send a
message type in my terrible interpretation of the word and it usualy works it out for me
clever things these puta/phone thingys
