Difficult to confuse the two even for a cinema neophyte who cut and pastes their life away. But then, if your top priority for the day is rolling your bins down the driveway, this starts to make sense.

It's a shame Brigitte Bardot never settled into Hollywood films. She was perhaps 10 years too early. If she had appeared on the scene in the mid-60's instead of the 50's, her brand of  sexuality would have been welcomed in the States. I personally think she had more talent than Sophia Loren but Bardot was ruled by a Svengali and kept her working in mediocre French movies. That's the crying shame: many of her European films were just terrible: pseudo-smart new wave auteur movies that didn't translate well. Imagine if she's had the resources available to Sophia Loren: she would have given Monroe a run for her money. Such a shame... She also hasn't aged well however she's never had any plastic surgery and Sophia Loren has had everything done.
