Which photo? Bandcamps winning photo is in post 2. The runners up and highest kudoed after those are shown all up there ^^ too.

Bandcamp, I just really love that photo.  It is so different to your processed ones with that hd thing.  A perfect shot.

Oh, my........that shot received "the treatment"..........

Thanks to one and all for the lavish praise............at one point I was going to post that the crow and seagull were personal friends, and had perished in a mid-air collision, just to garner some sympathy votes..........(J/K)

I had stayed up late until the voting closed, and it's a good thing.  A thunderstorm swept in, I had to cover some ongoing work on the driveway (new cabinet for Darwinsmom's job) and I took the opportunity to shoot some lightning.  Finally went to bed at 3:30 AM PDT.  Darwin was doing his usual chicken impersonation, sliding under the computer desk at my feet.

Congratulations bandcamp, cosmo, and simone. Great photos. This was my favorite challenge. I love the black and white photos. I was very glad to see a huge variety of shots also. Some of the photos were very clever.

May I add my sympathies for the loss of Pete too. It is very sad when a beloved pet passes away.
