Boat arrivals

Have any unauthorized boats carrying people with the intent to seek asylum in Australia arrived in the past few weeks?

The majority come form Afghanistan, Iran and sri lanka

Don't understand someone's fixation with Burma.

The last group of asylum seekers (seen on television two days ago) were mostly from Sudan.

Re: Boat arrivals

Donna entry into any country without proper documentation is unlawful. Those arriving on the boats from Indonesia deliberately destroy their identification. Do you want that to continue.

Re: Boat arrivals

That's a silly question. Nobody who votes labor (and therefore cares for people, the environment and Australia's future) wants more people to drown at sea. That's why Abbott's push back policy is so abhorrent.

I think they should send immigration officials to Indonesia and process there, then let them make a life in Australia. That's my opinion.

As for the OP, yes, boats have arrived.

Re: Boat arrivals

Am I to understand that you are not in favour of unlawful entry into the country?

Re: Boat arrivals

That prompts me to ask another question.

Who is in favour of allowing the current unlawful entry into Australia, by boat or any other means?

Would it be possible for you to please provide links, so that I can read about it?
