If the horrific murder of two Australians is carried out then we should boycott Bali and all things Indonesian.
We gave over a $billion dollars to this country after the tsunami, we prop then up with foreign aid and they spit in our faces.
They have ignored all diplomatic attempts to mitigate their sentences and Watta a Joko has now signed the order to send them to the "killing Island" wouldn't want to kill them on Bali now would they, might upset the tourism business.
I'm appalled and disgusted, scared and frightened for these men and heartsick for their families.

Can I point out your last sentence is very personal and rude?
The long lead up to the executions must be excruciating for all involved. Not knowing when..waiting, waiting. Please poiint out where I was "rude" oh dear me "rude" when someone accuses the PM of hastening the death or even that if they are killed it's somehow his fault?
Take your indignation somewhere else this is not the place for lectures and feigned offence
I will take your musings with the laughter they deserve.

That appalling statement is a big part of the front bench unrest today. He seems to be devoid of a diplomacy gene. The rest of the government is simply scared that the next gaffe will cause more damage to our standing in the world..
off topic. Please try to keep to the very grave subject and not inject leftist bias for the Prime Minister into what is a very serious topic
It's not off topic, nor leftist.
It is my opinion, one which I now see is shared by many, even some members of the NLP.
While I acknowledge that the men have been sentenced and Indonesia does not have to answer to us for their laws and sentences, I am against the death penalty.
I care about these men and their families, just as much as I care about people who choose to use drugs and die because of it.............. and their families.

Seven news -
Sukumaran and Chan's lawyers attempted a challenge to get president Joko Widodo to reconsider granting them a pardon from the death penalty, but the application was dismissed because the court did not have authority.
Mr Widodo earlier warned other countries to not interfere in the process, saying executions were a matter of "sovereignty", but lawyer Julian McMahon said today it was about "humanity, not sovereignty".
"Humanity crosses borders, humanity is not constrained by sovereignty," he said.
Meanwhile, a group of about 20 people from the youth wing of Indonesia's second biggest Islamic organisation gathered in front of the Australian embassy wearing masks of Prime Minister Tony Abbott.
They called on him to apologise to the Indonesian people for his comments linking aid to pleas for clemency for the Bali Nine duo.
A spokesman at the gathering said drug traffickers ruined the lives of young Indonesians and there was no room for a pardon from the death penalty.

Thanks for that. I doubt that Abbott will apologise, because in his eyes, he has done no wrong. In any case, it is too late. He has angered the Indonesian government, as he has done before. HIs words were for the Australian audience.
