If there was a retrial, he wouldn't be convicted and the AG knows it. His conviction was quashed.

Only in order to re-open the case.  The case was re-opened, evidence re-checked, and a retrial refused.

In the eyes of the law, he is guilty.  It matters not what we think.

Accused and convicted of 3 counts of murder and 1 of manslaughter. First 3 were determined to be SIDS . Fourth child had a heart condition.It appears the conviction was based on her diaries.
