LOVE TO BASICALLY TAP INTO ALL THAT EXPERIENCE THAT IS OUT THERE......AND ABOVE ALL ELSE WOULD LOVE TO SEE PEOPLE POST THAT FEEL THAT THEY MAY NOT HAVE MUCH TO CONTRIBUTE TO A THREAD., IM SURE THAT SOMEONE ON THE THREAD IS GOING TO FIND VERY INTERESTING WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY.

WE HAVE ALL AT SOME TIME BEEN BURNT BY THE FIRES OF HELL EITHER MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY..DURING SOMETIME IN OUR LIFE....SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO SHARE SOMETHING THAT IS TROUBLING YOU OR HAS TROUBLED YOU I SINCERELY HOPE THAT YOU WILL GET THE SUPPORT HERE:)

Very very cold in Manitoba, beautiful Province though, big too.  I love the Spring here and in Canada, seems to last longer here though of course.

Olinda is such a pretty area, I looked it up on the internet, lovely surroundings.  It's a gorgeous place, lots of trees and gardens.

Back later, the dinner is on and at the same time, preparing for visitors for Sunday night.  Think I'll make an apple crostata but with a maple syrup twist!

Yes very cold in Manitoba, have never been there to visit the rellies, would love to go to Canada one day.

It is very pretty here in The Danenongs, just very cold in winter. However I wouldnt want to live anywhere else, living in the hills, is totally different from living in the suburbs, the little communities are wonderful, certainly a different way of life, everyone is so friendly and it is so quiet up here.

I am going to the US next year with my daughter for a little break away, wont get to Canada then, but hope to go there before I am too old to go anywhere.....

I`ll give this thread a bump too...so over winter..very cold and depressing!! 1 month to go then Spring...yay

Hi Nic, I too am well over winter, I think this is one of the coldest winters we have had for years......

How is your health this winter. I read that you had shingles, never had it, but heard it can be quite bad.

Cant wait till spring, we had a good first half of winter in NZ, now it is cold, icy wind and rain, I know it must be snowing some where.

My OH was born in Winnipeg.

When he first came to Australia in the early 1970s he was very vocal about it not getting cold here....he was a bit of a bore about it actually.

Now the boot is on the other foot.....I am swanning around in short sleeves and he is complaining of the cold.  I now take an evil delight in informing him that is doesn't get cold in Australia.

I can live with the cold...you can alway add another layer of clothing but I hate the heat...or more correctly I hate the humidity.

PH still have the shingles but slowly getting on top of it..I wouldn`t wish shingles on my worse enemy..but there are some ppl that have far worse complaints so you just gotta plod on..bed has never looked so good!!lol

Glad that you are feel better Nic..........I have heard that shingles are a really bad thing to have.....hope I never get them!!
