Hi JVH, Scatty, Libby, Miss, Dancing, Nefertit, PJ, Kylie and everyone else................Have been a bit busy with real life since I got back from China. Had Specialist appointments etc to catch up with.

My youngest son turned 21 yesterday, so went out for dinner. We are having a party for about 60 at our house on the 15th. We live in Melbourne so lets hope the weather will be kind to us that eveing.

JVH.....hope you and hubby are on the mend and that you will be able to go and see Mum soon.

I promised I would put some photos of China here, but you will have to wait until Hubby uploads them to the computer.

Hi to everyone and still no word from Nefretti.........was so hoping to hear something today

Yes getting daily updates on Mother and shes still hanging in there......my dear friend an RN that i have known since i was 30 works there 5 days a week.....so thats an enormous comfort:)

Thank you all for giving me the privledge to share Mothers final journey......lovely to share with people that understand:)

And the OH is not happy jan about his attempt at cooking......the house is spotless but i need to get into the kitchen tomorrow.....hes a bit like a lost child and of course hes not used to seeing me lolling about the house so much:)

Yippppppppppee am feeling a lot stronger this evening please God that continues.

Hi miss sounds like you need to come back here for a shopping trip before the party.

nohousework hope you had a nice time out celebrating your son's 21 my oldest is 18 and won't be having the big party for his 21st.He had a choice for the 18th or wait till 21 but will see what happens.

Hi Libby and thanks .....hes just like a little kid.......very luckily i had the freezer in the garage filled with prepared meals........but you guessed it hes getting sick of the menu.......MEN:)

Fingers crossed that i get the clearance later today from the Doc.......am so over not being well:)

Gooooooooooooood morning all:).........and what a magic super duper day its here on the Coast........makes one glad to be vertical:):)

Well we have decided once i get better to start looking at some super duper retirment options re living......our home is just way too big for us both and a whole area never gets used unless we have house guests

So will start scouting about and see whats around.......neighter of us want to go live in an apartment at this stage so fingers crossed for us down the track

Good luck looking for the retirement accommodations - they are so lovely these days with so much recreation offered now. Our house is way too big for us too, but I love it so will put up with all the housework for a time.

Nohousework you must be busy planning that party! Is there a theme? Looking forward to seeing your holiday photos too!

Hey libby - YES - I am very tempted to pop back to Adelaide for a shop - but I have asked my sister to have a look in that shop for me - she loves it anyway! And she has great taste!

Hi Miss yes i think the old boy has started to realise that we are not 25 anymore:)

We saw a magnificent one up at Hervey Bay was outstanding with some wonderful features..unfortunately thats just a tad too far from all both families:)

Yes im going to go sneak a trip to mother on Saturday am......so fingers crossed i stay ok.......still not feeling up to scratch but getting there:)
