Hugs to everyone and a tad chilly again on the goldie........but it is winter after all.

Hoping everyone is keeping busy and got a great weekend planned..........am off to the garage sales early in the am........one never knows what one just might find.....i think that is half the fun :)............went and bought the OH a pill dispenser.........as hes starting to be not sure if hes taken his meds or not.......and with the BP one just cant muck around........lucky am a reasonably organised person:)

Nothing startling to report. Just work,work and more work!:|
Sometimes I feel SO guilty writing to this thread - when everything is going ok for me, when others are plagued by problems..
But I hope you are feeling better pj? :-x
Sorry the fostering of the young prince isn't destined to last bella, but what a great job you do? for kids who are abandoned. I know how hard it is to let them go and I do hope you are able keep a tab on him?
Dame - I'm sure your face is fine! - any face of a person who cares about others is fine! Who cares? Hope it's not hurting anymore? 🙂
Whack on some lippy and tell the rest of the world to mind their own business - just look at Wendy Harmer - she made it as a comedienne - with a hare lip!B-)
Hi miss, jv, zaidi and all.
I've got the "girls" coming for lunch tomorrow and we're going to harvest the garden produce - so big weekend in the garden:-p.

Oh scatty, JV, Miss, Dame zaid and others thanks for your encouraging words. It is coming to an end with lil prince, its a matter of timing but that is the decision. Once he leaves here I won't know what becomes of him. But I can tell you he has touched our hearts and lives in a profound way.

I hope that in some small way we have made a difference in his life for the better. I can't say much more than that without tearing up,all I know is that he does have a hope and a future and my heart goes with his where ever he goes.

There will be others and you know each one remains a part of our hearts. We often sit and reflect on the kids that have been in our lives. They enrich us so much, I hope we do the same for them.

Anyway whats everyone up to for the weekend?? Pouring with rain here and I have loads of washing to catch up on! So I think my washing machine and dryer will be flat out for the weekend!! It's school holidays here so will be enjoying the princesses as well.

Hope everyone else has a lubby weekend :)♥♥♥♥

Morning all.

Bella I am so sorry to hear the lil prince is moving on. So sad for you. And I am sure he will miss you and your family.

JV how is your OHs BP going? And how is your cousin.

I have not been in much lately. So I hope everyone is well and having a nice weekend.

As for me back to the hospital this morning. Doctor does not want me travelling until the problem is sorted. Thought we had it done and dusted yesterday arvo. No such luck. Woke up this morning with severe pain. Had trouble getting out of bed because of it. So maybe blood test and xrays are next, as she suggested. Next nearest medical aid is Alice Spring and that is a loooong way. Even longer if in pain.

Morning Bella and we often chat at home about the wonderful work you and the family are doing with the little kiddies........yes im sure that you all reflect on the kiddies that come under your care protection and love........we so admire you i for one couldnt give up a child just couldnt handle it..........am really a big softie under my gruff exterior..........have a fabulous weekend :)x

Geez Purps thank goodness you found such a thorough Doctor.........and do hope things are ok for you.........hell sorry you are in so much pain and hope they get to the bottom of it super soon.........sounds like you have one super switched on Doctor.

The OH went to the Docs this week.......had a tweak of his meds.........has to go back in just a couple of weeks........and if not right hes off to a heart specialist.......i felt that the Doctor wanted to send him to the specialist this time we were in but the OH said id like a couple more weeks on this new regime...........of course hes not taking this going to the docs frequently in the best of moods:):)........my poor cousin is not much change..........his wife has so much to sort out with the farm........the whole situation is terribly difficult:(.........thanks so much for asking:)

Hi JVH good idea re the pill dispenser! Fingers crossed the new regime works for your OH!! So terribly sorry your cousin has yet to improve - hope his wife is still getting the help she so badly needs!

Purple ((hugs)) for a quick recovery! You sound as though you are in good hands - hope you can resume your trip soonest and pain free!

Scatty have fun with the girls and the garden yummies! Don't feel guilty things are going well for you - this great news spreads happiness on the thread! To those doing it tough we need to remember 'nothing stays the same forever' and there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. ((hugs)) to all who could use one!

Dame hope your mouth is healing and more comfortable. Salt and warm water rinse sometimes helps - hope you still manage to enjoy the weekend!

Afternoon all.

Just letting you know we are heading to Alice Springs tomorrow so I can get tests done. Should be fine though. Driving straight through tomorrow.
