Oh Kezza huge hugs, what a terrible situation. Do you know I would try and get out of there if you can. It doesn't sound very good. My concern is that if they have spent the rent money, how are they paying the rent and what about other bills? I would also be telling them their animals stay outside.

Also if the animals are peeing everywhere you can also be hit with a bill from the land lord. I would be calling the rental tribunal again and asking them what your options are.

Can you also talk to a counsellor? It might just help to discuss what you can do about the situation. I am so sorry Kezza, what a carp of a situation. I wish I could come and sort the pair of them out for you GRRRRR

Hello to everyone else.

I'm sorry I haven't dropped in much, there is such a lot happening here. OH has returned home, its been such a sad time for him. We are all now gathering together our lives and realising just how precious life is.

I'm in the process of getting the car road worthied hopefully this week. It needs a good bit of work but we still came off better off buying her interstate.

Anyway must get going, there is a lot to do this moring,

Kezza does not sound like a very happy home. How is C enjoying it? I would explore other options and am with Bella good time to speak to a counsellor to help you deal in the interim. Ya poor thing! Wish something would go easy for you. I'm puppy training atm and am paranoid going outside every 10mins. and have my bucket disinfectant at the ready so understand what you are going through (yuk). No way to live if they are not cleaning up and it should not be up to you. Hang in there and see what eventuates.

Going to see my sister tomorrow and her kiddies - they are adjusting as well as can be expected after losing their daddy. It is one of my nephews birthdays too so I will be sure and spoil him tomorrow.

Everything is a lot better they are more tidier young fella even mowed the yard and they are buying a car at the end of the week. I also lent them some money to buy food and they either pay me off or I only pay $200 rent next week.

Some times they carry on silly play fighting etc but u get that with young couples I guess. I am hoping to be in Social Housing by the end of the year so I can put up with it I guess.

I have told C I wanna move and he complained says he likes it here with male company and all I guess, god bless him they went fishing on Saturday and he caught a hugh barra had to chuck it back but, lol.

Bought C a Nintendo I thingie so he is wrapped.
