Yes Rosie its horrible............we just want to downsize and to get on with our life.......we have seen a wonderful 3 br duplex like a small house that we both love but of course have to have a rock solid contract before putting an offer in on that.  Yes u can almost look at people and know if they are genuine and or not:(

JVH hope you are continuing to improve from the flu!  Our houseguest's next stop is Brisbane next week.  He is here primarily on business.

Kezza don't even think twice about worry over a hairdresser.  Hope your piercing is not hurting today.  So hard to find a hairdresser you are happy with.  I am lucky in this respect have a 'little man' who is awesome with the scissors lol!

Dame hope you are ok!

About to start getting ready for a big b/day party tonight.  1.5 hr drive each way in a city venue.  Feeling tired as was up late with the guest then up early to make a cooked brekkie.

Hi Bella good to see you back and glad you have some spare time! You are so lucky to get to hug the little ones! I so miss taking care of my niece every day now she is at school. I have withdrawals lol!

Rosie don't get disillusioned as a sale could happen any day. Frustrating for so many sellers (and agents) ATM!

Party was wonderful. Had too many champagnes I think as unable to sleep lol! Great venue and music. Will probably pay the piper in the morning.

Piercing is doing well although I got a labret piecing last Friday it it started to bleed last night after I had a few wines wondering if its a coincidence.  It was looking a bit red yesterday so switched to a salt water concentrated spray as salt water is always best on piercings.  Thing is I have 3 showers a day and spray them think I was overdoing it so will just stick to 2, lol...

Miss glad the party went well.

Bella glad things have settled down at yr place I suppose the weather is nice and cool down yr way I'm envious if it is!!

C has a Christmas party to go to and an outing next year but other than that he's not got anything much on....

Hot and humid here as well had a bit of rain last night...just to wet the grass...
