Quiet one here OH suggested lunch at a local winery but just couldn't be bothered lol! At least the sun came out finally!

Miss sounds like you had a lovely weekend........and can just imagine the little angel organising her special birthday will be huge celebrations in the family for sure:)

Heading out to work on the reno at first light i think the painter is in not sure as i cant get hold of him but hes heavily involved in the surf life saving movement and we have the aussie titles on here at the moment:)

have errands to run today and possibly a quick lunch with a friend while I'm out and about or at least a coffee.

Evening Miss and the champers is out we should have a contract in the next couple of days and for the price the OH was asking

Very very short settlement 20th of this month and im going to Canberra most possibly for the Dawn Service grr going to be the month from hell and back lol

And you guessed it cant get hold of the ruddy painter i cant go any snow whiter lol

Becomes unconditional on the 11th and we are out on the 19 or the 20th already started to pack the bathrooms just so so much to do and try and get the other place liveable not easy lol

Alll well here thanks JVH! Sounds like you will need another break soon!
My sisters closing date also fast approaching and with one of her boys away and the other injured (footy) - going to have to make the trek to the country soon to lend a hand as she is alone with 3 littlies.

Off to attend a function for the Royal Children's hospital appeal. Already donated goods for the raffle. Recent years have really been an eye opener to me regards this appeal with their care of the little one!

Cleaned out one bathroom one linen press and two bedrooms and the OH was whinging about doing the office with all his junk in it lol
