I'd be keen to see a solution in their Real Solution booklet.
A page number and paragrah reference will be adequate thanks.

This is a serious thread LL.
I really do want someone to show me a policy in there.

I couldn't find any in my booklet.
I ended up doing a word count. I don't have it with me at the moment but there were a few that were repeated over and over. They didn;t really add up to policy though. Delivering featured heavily in the headings but no real explanation of what they'll be delivering.
The local person has radio adds promising to stop the rot but doesn't say what the rot is.
It all sounds like mindless slogans.

There MUST be a policy in here somewhere. THERE MUST BE!!!
They are basing their whole government and their ability to run the country on the contents of that document. It is the reason some voters think they are better than the currect government. So surely there is something in there that explains the what and the how??

Turns out you need a black light to view the policies, Abbott ,ever the showman.. thought it would be a cool macho idea to write them in blood on the back.

Thanks Cat.
So I looked at the first one. Sounds impressive. A Green Army made up of 15,000 young people (17-24). It continuously states that "it will build a Green Army of 15,000 young people" at least 6 times in the document.
It doesn't say whether these young people are paid or volunteers. Actually it sounds more like volunteering. Like a work for the dole scheme? But it doesn't really say either way.
What will the GReen Army do? Hmm. Not sure. It seems it is only there to 'complement' existing (volunteer groups mind you). And the kids plant trees, collect seed, maintain waterway etc.
So it is exactly like the Green Corp programme? Where the kids are provided with an 'apprentiship' related to land care?
It talks about the Howards Green Corp programme (which was a youth programme and not an environmental programme btw) and wrongfully suggests it has been scrapped by Labor which is incorrect - it is still going strong today and there are no plans to scrap the programme.
And beyond that everything they say about the programe is little different to the programme that exists today - they have simply tagged it an environmental programme instead of a youth programme.
Is it a great policy? Well it's not really a policy is it? Rather a programme. Is it a great programme? Sure it is. But it is a programme that has been working successfully already for many years with or without Abbott.
I don't have time to look at the other links atm but I suspect they are all the same.

If you don't have time to look at the other policies then I gather you will not be asking where the policies are anymore...
I gather this thread was just an attack thread and not really looking for an honest reply...
never again will I bother replying to any of your questions or comments as you are not really interested in an honest discussion.
