Right! I have my new OKnickers on and am ready to face the day. In fact I've already started. I rang the RE to confirm nonads is off the lease after the 19th and I've rang the Tenants Union regarding my rights if nonads decides he isn't leaving. They advised it would be a police matter if his name was not on the lease and he refused to leave.

I'm so excited about going out to dinner and a movie with my beautiful daughter tonight! She is also excited about treating her Mama to dinner (first time) :-x

Beau is excited and still shredding the sofa. It was so bad I had to get a needle and try to stuff the pulled threads back in.

Nonads is back from obviously taking in his rental application to a RE (it was on the coffee table last night, not there this morning). Sheesh I don't want him living locally X-( but I have to tell myself it's better than him living with me. :^O

Orange power to everyone today! We are courageous, bootiful and more than OK. :-x

PS I got up early to send more Thank You emails after ebay told me I had reached my daily limit yesterday. But ebay is still refusing saying 'you have reached your daily limit'. But I haven't sent any today 😐

But I will try again this afternoon :-x

Hmmm, sounds I don't think 8 o'clock in the morning is to early for champers? It is medicinal after all.

Got my knickers ready, in fact I have a choice of 3...off for a shower and then I shall make the decision.
