You sound fantastic Cat ! Good on ya !!! Mr Nonads seems like he's gonna have lots of "trailers" around him.
One for moving day, probably the "trailer park" he'll probably end up living in while waiting to see what his "trailer trash" is going to do !

it worries me that Nonads will be in YOUR place moving out when you are going to work - any chance you can take that day off?
Although you say you have made agreements as to what he is taking, he has proven quite clearly he cannot be trusted.
Or can you have someone around to supervise the shifting? And have you arranged to have the locks changed, so Nonads can't conveniently "pop back" when you're at work?
I've warned my boss I won't be coming into work until nonads has left and he's okay with that. I will be getting the keys off him before he leaves. If he tries to 'pop' in while I'm at work that would be 'break & enter' and 'theft' and I'm sure he doesn't want to add a criminal charge to his list of 'why my life has turned to shirt'. :^O
