I have had occasion to ask a call centre employee if I could speak to their supervisor, but, I would never be rude, it does not get you anywhere, and is...well....rude, isn't it. Miss Mioux my youndest daughter used to work for Telstra, so, I know some folk can not only be rude but crass as well.

Haven't been on CS for ages and just spent ages catching up lol. I'm so glad your thread is still going and everyone's being such a support to each other ♥ You sound so much stronger, even if you don't feel it every day. I will have to post you a pic one day of a buddha pendant I bought recently. It made me think of you when i bought it, and when I look at it 🙂 I keep it in my bag with me as I haven't found a chain yet for it.
