Jacks so sorry to hear about your Dad, but pleased it doesn't appear to be a heart attack, and that he is feeling better.

I read about your 14yo daughter, they are so inept at that age aren't they? The young girl who works Sat for me was telling me how someone she knew had died suddenly, and she kept grinning while she was telling me. It's just a nervous reaction I think, of not knowing how to express themselves.

I'm exhausted, house pretty much finished and they are taking pics tomorrow.

re the teens with the inappropriate reactions..I saw a fascinating documentary about teenagers & it explained this..
it seems that the teen brain changes during those years & one of the changes is the ability to read & show reactions/emotions..
when shown pics of faces that showed a particular emotion, that we would easily identify as sad or angry or confused etc..the teenagers totally misread it

it was really weird, but it seems it is a real phase they go through..

Jack I'm glad your dad didn't have a heart attack. Hubby has 2 friends who have had what sounds like the same virus in the last year. Both taken to hospital with suspected heart attack. Still scary though x
