Mr Elephant and I are going to Perth tomorrow to have Christmas with DS and DIL. we won't be back till Tuesday, so I'll take this opportunity to wish all you lovely people

Hi Amazing Women

I'm sorry I can't respond clearly at this time, heads in a spin and I want to chant as much as possible. Ava's mummy is in an induced coma and baby Ava's weight has dropped to 3 1/2 lbs. They are both receiving the best medical care possible so there's not much more we can do except pray.

J is shattered because he can't be there .. please pray for S and Ava. Thank you  :-x

Cat,  the Gyuto Monks of Tibet are in Dromana from the 2nd of January, I have a timetable here, all entry by donation, they are there until 9th January.

Finally I'm home from work and straight into the kitchen to cook a roast turkey (sorry Cat) with all the trimmings for tonight.

I received some pressies from my new work colleagues including one from my manager in customer service ,,,very nice and I feel I belong there and appreciated.

I'll be home on my own for half of tomorrow so I have a stock of alcohol ready to be consumed. To be honest the second wine of this afternoon is just kicking in so have a Merry Christmas friends and stay safe :-x

Long time infrequent lurker, first time poster.


I used to post on the boards here a bit, and found my way back here early last year and saw the original of this thread. I've "seen" the wonderful help and support and you ladies are truely wonderful.

Sorry, I don't do the pray or chanting bit, but I will eat a Tim Tam Ball and send positive thoughts to lil Ava, her Mum and Dad and everyone else who needs it, I have plenty of Tim Tam balls to fuel that positivity
