Evening all, good to read that today was a good day for so many of us:-x higs and hugs

Have been mia filling in for other staff- 6 days out of the past 8 in retail..the other 2 in my studio- who do I think I am? super woman? :^Oman,Im exhausted!! And, just for the record, if I meet one more person who needs therapy instead of buying something I will scream... back to retailworld tomorrow (meh)

Braff :-xyou sound well.I was v happy to read of Alicias progress..she is a fighter and I will continue to send her healing energy..also I hope her father is doing well and being easy on himself..

ms Cat :-x hats off to the chanting..good for you to put yourself first...I was v glad to read your work is being so supportive-stress is a real threat to happiness..take care of yourself.Ive been thinking of you and miss cat, J and ava..I love skype its so easy and you feel so close,speaking while looking at loved ones 1,000s of Kms away..beats the phone anyday.

master james crazy is so adventurous..I couldnt do it..Id love the feeling of freefalling, but I couldnt let go of the plane:_| I bet you took some great photos cj:-x

I hope you had a nice evening at work Ms Cat and no nonsence on the phone from those ringing in.

My boys went in the Warrior Dash last weekend, and I have Nappysanned the clothes 4 times. I have rinsed and rinsed and changed water, flushed the clothes and finally washed them and then nappysanned again.  Pure mud they were.  Even the shoes.

They had new white socks on X-(  and they both had new singlet tops they bought in Bali or Thailand (lucky they were cheap).  One was white and one was yellow.

Not anymore  :-(.  The socks were dark brown and the shirts were bleh.

Their mates that they go OS with flew down from the Gold Coast to go in it too.

Gosh they had fun.

That might be something for Master James Crazy to consider in a couple of years Jacks.  :^O  It is only on once a year in Australia.  Next year it is the 9th February.

I haven't heard an update on M,Sally and Ava. I keep meaning to ask if J has sent the care package yet.

I  yelled at a customer last night at work. She pushed and pushed until I cracked. I yelled  "I'M TRYING TO HELP YOU! CALL BACK WHEN YOU'VE CALMED DOWN!" :8}

Anyhooo ..

My DD still has that chest infection she got in Peru. She's been through 3 courses of anti-biotics. So now it's time for Mama  Mioux's alternative medicine. I've written down the plan on the kitchen whiteboard.

Morning:

1 tsp Vit C powder in OJ

1 iron tablet and multi-vitamin

Increase protein (helps the body heal)

Evening:

1 tsp Vit C powder in OJ

Massage special blend on chest and back*

Tea-tree oil inhalation

* 1 drop Lavender Oil

1 drop Sandlewood Oil

1 drop Tea-Tree Oil

mixed with 25 ml Jojoba Oil

J is doing the same cos he has Man Flu :^O
