I'm inspired to eat healthy this week. The kids bought fish and chips last night and I had potato cakes and chips and feeling feeling very *blah* this morning.

yep,I decided to change up and really 'own' my mantra 😄

I felt like cooking yesterday,-probably cause I felt like eating!!I had such a delicious baked dinner last night-all vegies bought at the farmers market(and a free range chicken,but we wont tell ms Cat)

potatoes

pumpkin

dutch carrots

shallots

beetroot

peas

and a cauliflower that I baked with cheese

felt a little proud of myself with that effort, even though Im no masterchef-my kitchen did, indeed, rule! :-x no snickers bar for me, though, if theres a chokito? mmm yes please

I omitted to tell you that Alicia has been having short weekend leave the last couple of weekends.  This coming weekend for Easter, she will be home on the Saturday and going back to the rehab hospital on the Sunday.  Her Mum and 2 sisters (one from Sydney) will be visiting her.  She gets tired very quickly but is doing her best with the physio and the occupational therapy. Her husband isn't in the best health either and has just had an MRI.  He gets the results after Easter.

MrBraff, if he was standing outside and a plane flew overhead they might mistake his head for a landing strip  :^O.  His operation was on his head and I counted about 30 stitches in a T shape.  Very sore.
