am busy but also trying to take myself off for a walk each day- Im taking your advice- Im a quick learner! it helps with my mood..and Im +ve coffee does taste better outdoors..Royal Park is my closest park and I can sit near a pond..v calming..

Mrs Braff, you must be just over the moon hearing Damien's new songs! Our local radio interviewed him by phone the other day, talking about his new release and how he came to pick the songs :-x

I am slightly green with envy over your new cookwear, jacks - I am still using the original set OH bought me over 30 years ago. It was a fairly good quality set, but I'd LOVE a good frypan!

I did have a wonderful time touring the states and on our Caribbean cruise  - but came home VERY tired as OH's idea is to pack as much into each day as is humanly possible LOL

I must say that the Grand Canyon is just  ...words fail me! AWESOME!

And I LOVED the waters of the Caribbean seas, all those postcard pics you see are not lieing, it truely is turquoise... just beautiful.

Ms Cat, I am sure that you will get to realize the things you are placing in your wishbox... maybe I should try one of them too?

Mrs Braff - oh now you have to wait the weekend until Monday 😞

I ordered a book I've been wanting to read for ages and I had to wait 3 weeks (!) for it to arrive. Everyday I'd visit the letter box hoping it would be there. It arrived yesterday just before I had to go to work. I couldn't wait to finish work and come home and get to start my book. I was driving myself slightly nuts so I told myself - saviour the anticipation. That makes it even more exciting. Enjoy the feeling.

So that is Miss Mioux's advice to you for the weekend ((hugs)).

B3lla I hope you have recovered. At the time, it's exhausting packing as much as you can into a holiday .. but then you need a holiday to get over your holiday!

YCDI will you get to enjoy the park today? One day, if you want to, I envision myself in my new beautiful home in the St Kilda East/ Elwood area and you and I having coffee in my new garden. I have this feeling we are going to meet one day.

Well ... Miss Kitty has done it again. If anyone lives by the motto You Can Do It, it's Miss Kitty. She has NEVER done carpentry before. But she has almost completed her bench seat. And it looks amazing (for the first try!). She's painted it a lovely turquoise colour. J and I were laughing just now about it. We both thought this project would fizzle out. Miss Kitty is as girly as girls can be. A few days ago there was a wonky jumble of bits of wood. Suddenly a bench has appeared! And she works 60 hours a week and is getting ready to move. But everything she puts her mind to she does! Oh I have to take a photo!

Here is my new cookware. I haven't used it yet as crazy James shouted me some pizza last night and tonight he took me out for dinner. I have bacon and eggs planned for breakfast as an initiation.

Also, my canvas print was ready for collection today. I only ordered it on Wednesday and now it is sitting in my house ready for hanging pride of place in our living room. It's a photo of my four children at Miss 18th (then) brithday. I've been meaning to get it done for ages.
