im back to work tomorrow ...... Booooo!

only mon & tue for the next 2 weeks though as my mum is still overseas on holidays so my nan will come here to babysit.

My baby is 1 year old in 10 days.... Can't believe how fast that went!

ex had been texting and emailing the sad/sorry messages again, he's really not coping with all of this, makes me feel awful 😞

Whats hard is that the kids and I are so much happier without him here, so all his requests of wanting to work on things are not a consideration from me, but he won't accept it...

.... Oh and now he thinks I "must" have someone else, cos why wouldn't I want to patch things up??

oh and with my going back to the gym and losing the weight, of course that is also for some other guy!!!!

A pass through HI from work!

Our building is colourbond tin and as it's set to be the hottest day ever recorded in NSW we are doing everything possible to keep cool.... we may even close early and go home??

It's super quiet here, who'd want to come out in their cars if it wasnt necesary?

Ive bought the kids/baby ice blocks and there is a small tub/splash pool to use in the kitchen for bubba to cool off in as the a/c sometimes just doesnt cut it, especially when she wakes from a nap with her little sweat curls.

Hopefully the reports are a bit ott, but after Tassies heat & fire disasters it's a worry!

Here comes a randon rant.  Cat I admired your strength when you went through you seperation so have come here for some strength of my own.  Hubby and I are at a crossroads atm and I am fearful of what is to come.  He is so ignorant towards my feelings it is unbelievable.  he appears so uncaring and I wonder at all if he cares or if it is his own way of copeing.  anyway sorry for the whinge But if really feels better.

tamban I hope you find the strength to do what it is you need to do for your future happiness - talking to your husband, counselling, a trial separation or final separation .. whatever it takes. If your husband is uncaring then he doesn't care. Men are simple creatures. He could be holding on to resentment, he could be 'over' the marriage but just forgot to officially announce it to you or he could be having an affair (probably the last thing you'd think he'd do but cutting off a partner emotionally and physically can be a sign).

Life is too short and too precious to remain stuck in an unhappy relationship.

Welcome to the thread Tamban. I'm sorry that you have come here for the reason that you have but you are more than welcome to have a rant or ask questions if you like.  Many on here have gone through the turmoils that you are facing and our dear Kylie is currently going through the initial stages of separation.

This is a very helpful thread regardless of what it is that you are needing OK's for.

In case you don't know and for any lurkers, OK's stand for orange knickers and they are a symbol of unity and support, so if we say we are going to be wearing our OK's on Friday for the Freddies, it is in support of FreddieRooster and her husband during a difficult time for them.

Another form of girl power, although you don't need to be a girl to wear them.  MrBraff has OK's.

Hi Az, Mr F's radiation starts Monday,  I think he must have been confused when the oncologist visited him in hospital regarding his treatment time, the actual treatment time is only 4-5mins per day for the 6 weeks. My biopsy is on Friday at 11a.m.

We have settled in to our unit, Mr F is rather tired so not much sight seeing happening for now.

Best of luck Freddie, I hope it all goes better than expected  😄
