My son is running in a State Athletics Carnival at Homebush today! Yesterday in the heat they (relay team) came first by quite a bit and smashed the state record time by 4 seconds..... Which is very impressive in a 4x 100m relay!

Yesterday I had a 3hr wait for him with a toddler in tow, so I took Miss Samantha to the Aquatic centre for a play! We had a great time! She was asleep in her carseat before we got out of the car park, so exhausted!

Thanks for the welcome home, we had the best holiday, the weather was perfect, the shopping was great, the food was better, but the penalty for that nice food will be lot's of salad's and No sweets.
Sorry you missed out on the home Cuddly, but something better and affordable will come along soon.

Woohoo to master Kylie, that's a great achievement, when I was young fit and athletic I loved running, but now that i'm old and lazy I just like eating FA food.

I'm still on my special diet, low carbs & no sugar. It's the easiest diet I've ever been on. I'm never hungry and I eat sweets every day! My blood sugar is stablised and I have lots more energy. I haven't stepped on the scales for a fortnight but my clothes are getting looser and looser! I'm going to need a new work uniform soon because it's really baggy but we are only entitled to one set per year, otherwise we have to pay for it! Oh well ... one day I'll be standing there and my top will fall off. So be it lol.
I've found a new beauty tip! 
I had bought a jar of virgin coconut butter/oil because I read it was good for lowering blood sugar but I can't tolerate it (stomach cramps). But my daughter has been washing her face with coconut butter and her skin is looking wonderful. So she got me onto washing my face with it and using it on my hands. It's only been 4 days but I can honestly say I can already see a difference.

Mioux, I use coconut oil too, it's a different taste to get used to, haven't thought to use as skincare but will keep it in mind as I've heard that before from others!

Today was the State finals at the Olympic Athletics fields at Homebush, and my sons relay team had a huge win with an official new record time! Very proud as I watched him presented with a gold medal!
Miss Sammy was a great mini cheer girl calling and waving to 'brubba'!
Lovely having my grandparents back from Europe but my parents are off on a month long world cruise on Thurs, will miss them heaps!
Having a family lunch tomorrow to celebrate my dads bday and get their itinerary.
