freddie darling orange knickers girl - it must be difficult not being there physically for your brother but the power of the heart and mind are very strong. Visualise your brother in your mind and imagine him being filled with a pure healing light, whatever color comes to mind will be the right one. You only need do this for a few minutes a day. ((hugss))

I actually felt a sense of joy from deep inside myself this morning as I was coming down the stairs! It was only fleeting but it's telling me there is Absolute Joy within waiting to surface. This is the Buddhist definition of pure joy.

There are variations of happiness. "Rapture" is the happiness we feel when everything is going well or we have achieved a goal or acquired something, or have fallen in love etc. But "Rapture" doesn't last long and is easily changed into some other emotion.

But Absolute Happiness is a happiness that we have no matter what is happening on the surface of our lives. It is a Happiness that is pure and indestructible.

I got just a taste of what it feels like (a few seconds). It feels pure and all encompassing. It's amazing! 😮


I fixed the pool today. The pump wasn't running properly. I read the manual and worked out I needed to do a backwash. Took me an hour to figure it out but pump is now working. Yay Girl Power!

But I think something has died in the back garden. Something is a bit stinky. 😐 It could be anything but I'm not looking. That's definitely a man thing. Yep a man thing. :8}
