I'm sure it's ok to have a 'little crazy' but not too big a one...takes too long to come back.

((((hugs))))

I'm not a great fan of orange either I'm with cat on it being my least favourite colour, next to poopie brown. But I will make the exception for knickers. Which I intend to go out and buy today!!!!

Cat the only problem with going crazy (which I'll agree does look tempting at times ** been down that road too**) is after awhile it gets a little boring -kwim? You can only rock back and forth in a padded room for so long before you decide that it isn't fun anymore and you want more from your life.

So maybe spend a day trying it out (no need for the padded room - just rock in an armchair or somewhere comfy) and you'll soon see what I mean! ๐Ÿ˜‰

(((Hugs))) and gentle pats.

Hang in there Ms Mioux we are all right beside you.:-x

awww you're too nice witchywol:-x

l'm not right beside her
she prolly will drool on me, sniffle and snuffle and fluff
in her orange undies and throw tofu at me or something.

l vote we push her in the padded bits with a pokey stick and get the sqwerld one to pluck out her nosehairs whilst dancing the hokey pokey

miss kitty:-x

Dear Ms Cat,
Just read #237..Its OK.Perhaps you are just having one of those moments when you are overwhelmed. Exhausted, scared, its all part of being alive-I guess you are no longer numb and the feelings are rushing round.
This will pass.Just let the feelings be,and they will pass. Promise.
You are doing really well.
I dont know if this is helpful to you,but can you do a visualisation? One I find helps me when Im overwhelmed by feelings and thoughts:water running over river stones-close your eyes and just visualise the water flowing over the stones, and the stones becoming more curved, more gently shaped over time..the water never stopping, but yielding to the shape of the stones,Ive come to realise sometimes I am the stones sometimes I am the water.

You are going to be OK :-x

I'm with you and Witches Mioux, I hate orange!

But orange knickers have a secret power that appeals to me. Keeping a straight face in Canberra as I walked down the aisles of the local supermarket in my tracksuit, over my fishnet stockings and suspender belt used to amuse me no end sometimes. :^O

*No I am NOT going to tell the story :-D*

And wearing orange knickers tickles the same funny bone......so I'll go for it! :^O

Sory, Ms Mioux, you must have posted at the same time as me up there^^^

It is scary Ms Mioux, but you will be OK. I have a huge whiteboard on the wall in my office and it has had the same message on it for over 10 years now...it says

"it is all happening perfectly"

and it is...........

it will be OK, it will work out, I believe the Universe knows best,

I used to have huge panic attacks about the practical aspects of being single, but it has all happened perfectly. I was 48 when I found myself on my own for what really, was the first time ever in my life......and it was scarey........I allowed myself to "feel that fear" but believed that somehow, it would all be OK.

Someone once said to me "Sometimes one door needs to close properly before another one opens"

Hang in there .......
