I found this (Buddhist writing) which is helping me. It also remind's me of dad's attitude with his sports career:

Oh Cat, I'm so sorry to hear of the sad news about your Dad. But I do agree will Jill about it sounding a lovely way to go, with all his loved ones around etc.

YOU CAN DO THIS!!! We may not all be there WITH you in person but I can say for sure that Tuesday I will be thinking of you and your family (while wearing my OK's!) and sending you as much strength an light as I can. You can so totally do this. Hold you head high. :-x
