I'm not sure what you guys are thinking but my interruption was master 6 stopping to give me a cuddle :-x He loves pancakes so much. Since our holiday, he can't have enough of them.

OH!  I just remembered - when I was a kid I ALWAYS wanted to go to The Pancake Kitchen (Adelaide) for my birthday.  I'm 40 now, and still wanna go to the Pancake Kitchen!  😄

I decided on Easter Sunday morning this year  to make our family tradition, Pancakes every Easter Sunday.

Two years ago, I started a Christmas Eve dinner as everyone wanders on Christmas day. And that makes my dinner the first and yummiest (hopefully) of all the Christmas season. I'm really getting into creating our own traditions.

Ms Jacks Pancake Easter sounds like the perfect tradition 🙂

My holidays are over .. back to work today. These have been the most awesome 2 weeks! They didn't go fast and they didn't go slow. They were just right. I feel so much better. I caught up with friends and family, I read a book from start to finish (Dawn French's first novel), I got things done ...

It feels a bit strange going back to work. I feel like I haven't been there in months!
