Gosh seems not long ago you posted a pic of her first birthday party in her pretty dress. Hopefully his date went very well.

I had a job interview today and nailed it. But it was quick so now I'm thinking hmmmm and my referee I want to change and I just found out she's away on leave anyway.

Hey everyone

I hope you are all well. Things have been up and down for me, so I'm just plodding along doing the best I can.  Although I've had more ups than downs so that is a plus.

The change of daylight savings has totally screwed up my internal body clock, just when I seemed to have the insomnia almost beat.

Kylie your ex is such a ........ i can't actually write what I really want to call him.  My little nephew turned 2 the other week and the changes he's gone through recently are amazing.  I am called "Aunty Mol" (Mel) and mum is Nan and dad is Hop.  He can be so cute but when he cracks it, the terrible twos shine through.  He piped up the other day "Daddys rain car" except it didn't sound like that, say it fast and you'll work it out.

Toon congrats on the job, well done. Freddie hope things are going ok with treatments, etc. To everyone else I hope all is well in your life, keep smiling.

poop, sorry I misread your post.

Not unusual for me to be a bit brainless these days.  Sleep apnea and low Vit B12 and D aren't a good combination for brain function

Are you getting treatment for the apnea? My husband started treatment in early august and is a totally new man.

Yep, I use a cpap machine. It has helped somewhat. I am on medication which I recently found causes severe sleep fragmentation, also other health issues which doesn't help.

Hi lovelies, roo I notice the difference with my elderly Mum after she get's her vit B injection. She was down and miserable, nothing was right, complaining about everything. She was over due for her injection, within a week, she was like a new person.

Off to St Vincent's in Sydney for my next 3 month check up next week, January is the big one 12 months since my surgery. I had a friends sister pass away on Monday from breast cancer she was 51,  her cancer was well advanced when it was found. I'm still so fatigued, I just want to sleep all the time, hence i'm battling with weight gain from the medication and lack of exercise. But, as my OH tells me all the time, you are alive, the weight gain is nothing.

Hope everyone is well and happy.

Big special hugs to Mrs Freddie!

Sadly cancer isn't like getting over the flu. The effects of the treatment to cure the cancer can take awhile to heal from too. (My sis is an ocology nurse). But you will feel better and I know you are doing everything to help your body feel better. My BIL is in remission from prostate cancer and he still sleeps until noon when he can and it's been 2 years.

If you need to sleep, sleep. If you want to eat, eat. Love and laugh lots.

Been a week since anyone has posted..... Hope that everyone is feeling better and doing ok? X

Been a stressful week and I've been trying to stay calm & relaxed!
Guess who's all happy n in lurve??? The Ex appears to be smitten with the prev mentioned date, I'm guessing they are spending lots of hs spare time together...... upside for me is that he is much nicer to me and more pleasant to be near, AND much more agreeable than expected in mediation this week..... I guess the timing is great for me! LoL
Hopefully she is nice and if he is able to hang onto her and she will eventually spend time with Sammy that it will be a happy time for my little girl with someone friendly/lovely. I'd hate the prospect of a nasty step mother in Samantha's future. I had a jealous step mum & step sister and ended up with no contact for most of my life with my biological father.

Anyway things are good right now so I'm living in the moment instead of stressing about the "what if's" in the future!

Take care lovely Okers. X

Hi everyone. I hope you are all well.

Not much news here. My son, the youngest, recemtly turned 18. They are all adults now so  I can now legally kick then all out of home Smiley Wink But I still don't think they'd go.

We had a family dinner to which his dad and his other half were more than welcome to attend, but they went interstate instead. I don't understand it. You can't get times like these back again. Still, that's not my problem to stress over.

My son had a lovely night and was even taken out by his 23 year old sister for more than a few drinks, which made for a very sedate next day at our house. He is currently doing his VCE exams, then he has schoolies, then the world is his oyster and my job ( school wise ) is done.

It's the end of an era, but I'm glad to see the last of it. Can't wait to see what their adult lives bring them.
