I had a bit of a meltdown this afternoon. A good friend dropped over with a Care Package for me and a shoulder to cry on. I felt myself 'crashing'. I started to shake, went pale and dizzy. My friend stayed with me and put me to bed. :-x

So good to hear the funeral was loving & caring.... you can't ask for much more than that.
Now I believe your dad is watching over you.

.... and good work with the gardening... I always find it very therapudic when I'm cranky., so I did laugh when you said with each weed you kept repeating "WANT SOMETHING NONADS!!?"
... but sorry to hear about the mozzie bites., next time remember to wear long sleeves:)

I am doing it but I'm so tired. I have work 4 days running but I really should be taking some time off. I've used my 2 Compassionate Leave days last week.

I can't afford to take unpaid leave now.


Next time I weed I'll do it in the middle of the day and not at the end when the mozzies are at their worst. I had a bite from a ninja mozzie a couple of weeks ago and half my arm was a big red itchy welt. X-(

I'm a bit flat but sheesh that's understandable. :^O

What is really important now is to chant my little heart out. Chanting has got me through the last few months and, I believe, contributed to helping dad have a peaceful death but now I want to chant for good karma for myself. To chant for a present and future that is joyful and has purpose.

It's as if I have a clean slate .. where I go now is up to me and my Buddha Nature (Higher Self).
