I had to pin him down for an answer to the actual date his planning to move out on (early March) then he acts all shirty as if I'm tortured him to get an answer and says "Oh FGS I'm moving out probably 18 Feb , it's a Satuday, cos I finish work on that weekend but the house isn't ready yet so I'm thinking of staying an extra week"

Err.. no, you can't stay an extra week. I think it's best for both us you leave on the 18th (I go check date on calender). Err.. that's a Friday not a Sat.
