C*J my heart breaks for your mum. I hope she doesnt suffer too much and that she isnt too frightened to pass over. It's such an "unknown" and many who are so ill (like my late hubby) become very scared as to the actual event and what happens to them.

I did much reading and shared my finding with him that made him somewhat at ease (well thats what he told me).

Miss Mioux- winter colds are EVERYWHERE!!!! Take care of yourself and keep warms. Cats on the bed are excellent for heat! LoL My headcold is still lingering and Im trying so very hard not to pass it to Samantha who hasnt experienced any "illnesses" yet!

Blacksheepy I love your manifesting stories! You are so spot on in how you use and understand it. You 'hatch' it then 'forget' about it. Your new goldy beige coat sounds lovely. I wore my bright red one the other day. What was I thinking when I bought that? Oh well at least it's a very cheerful colour.

I'm manifesting a home of my own, retirement from work so I can write and teach. I'm trying to 'let go and Let God/Buddha' but it's difficult not to think about it especially when I have to trudge off to work 5 days a week.

Miss Kitty came over last night with a care package and we spent the evening cuddled on the sofa watching TV. I'm feeling a little better.

Our beloved Buddhist member died peacefully at home last night surrounded by her loved ones. She slipped quietly away while my Buddhist teacher chanted softly by her side. :-x

Some time back you posted some "words" to use, there was "universe find" and one was 'universe cause'

I was desperately in need of some $$ to pay my car rego, but didn't want to "luck it",  I wanted to 'earn' it, so used this phrase every day for a few days.... and it worked!

Happy to say I have enough money for my rego now 😉

Hello to everybody.

Seems like Winter has hit us.  My OH has an awful virus infection that has knocked him for six.  He has kindly shared it with me but I'm not a sill as he is - just stuffed up in the head and soooo tired - feel like I could sleep for a week.  Finding it hard to keep up with posting parcels - just have to do some tomorrow!!!

Hoping all is OK with CJ - has anybody heard how her Mum is going - such a hard time for all involved.  Did her thread do a disappearing act as I can't find it - hope somebody wasn't nasty on it!!

Blacksheep - hope your Mum is on the mend - just had a quick read through the posts and noticed she is 60 - made me feel old as I'm 66 LOL!!!  I can't believe I'm that old - don't feel it in my mind, but at times my body sure reminds me :^O

Hi to Kylie. Braff, she-ele, You can do it and others I have forgotten.  I just hate how eBay changed the threads so you can't look back.  If I have missed you , don't be offended - blame eBay.

Hi fabulous people!

What a week this has been. Dropped my mobile in weedkiller and still waiting for my replacement which should be delivered Monday. It's so weird not having a mobile! What did we ever do before they were invented? :^O

Last night I had a flat car battery at work and a helpful guy proceeded to jump start my car. However ... he was doing it all wrong! I tried to tell him but he said "I know what I'm doing". 😐

Oh no you DON'T. He fried my radio/CD and now I have to take my car to an auto electrian in 15 mins to get it fixed. X-(

Anyway ... these are just small petty things. I'm lucky really if that's all I have to complain about.

Hello Okers ♥

I'm here. Spending lots of time travelling up and down the coast. It's 430km one way! plus I have accomodation expenses.

Mum is doing OK. Some days better than others. Her right side was not cooperating the other morning but it was fine again in the afternoon. Hmmm.

Her partner is now limiting her cups of tea as he believes it is dehydrating her. So now with every cup she MUST drink a glass of water. Oh my, the control this man demands is OTT.

Mum tells him, "I just want to go home". Now this is up for interpretation as many people in this situation refer to home as 'gone'. Does she want me to bring her home to our town? Or does she simply mean 'gone?'. Any suggestion would be welcome.

Family friction is at the forefront but obviously not in front of mum. At least we all have her as our priority. Simple graces when we are with her and huge screaming cat fights when we are not ...oh the joy!

I do read this thread often but don't like to post too much personal stuff ATM.

Talking about affirmations, I won Powerball!

I must be more specific next time as $12.25 didn't quite take enough strain off the budget lol.

Maybe your Mum is confused and when she refers to wanting to go 'home' it may be to somewhere prior to where she is living now.

When I read your post at no stage did I think of home as in 'gone'.

Is your home town where she has spent a lot of her years?

If she is dehydrated it could be making her say weird things.

My late M-I-L had dementia used  to refer to home as Molong - where she grew up and left as a teenager.

Just know MsJacks that you and your family are in all our thoughts and congratulations on your big Powerball win.  Any win is a big win.  I stopped playing Powerball years ago.

MsCat, it certainly has been  a week for you.

Did the battery charger person cause damage to his car as well?  Just wondering.

I hope everything gets better for you. Maybe MsJacks can lendyou a dollar or twelve  B-)
