Cuddly you have been very busy organising the funeral for you FIL and now enjoy your break and don't worry about others for the time being :-x
I've lost 2.4kg in 7 days. Whoohooo! Not a grain of sugar in any form has passed my lips. ๐
I've googled Rheumatoid Arthritis (sorry YCDI lol) and basically it's more about managing it than curing it. A strange thing happened this morning in bed. My body was aching and in so much pain. I lay there wondering how on earth I was going to get out of bed when there was a strange clicking sound inside my face near my nose like an old fashioned camera shutter clicking sound and suddenly all the pain in my wrists and hip's disappeared. ๐ฎ Can't explain it but whatever it was I was able to get out bed without crawling :^O
Higs and hugs to all.

Cuddly..... Enjoy your trip. X
Freddie.... Lovely to hear from you and that things are ok. X
youcan..... Hi there, we are doing ok at the moment, starting mediation very soon and things have been tolerable with the Ex. Miss 16 has now had 8 lessons with the driving school and we have been driving together a few times, she is doing well just need to practice more.
Miss Samantha has been sick with a cold, but still in her usual high spirits..... such an angel that child.
Back to school tomorrow for the teens, and a short 9 week term.
hugs and good wishes to all that need it. X X X

Cat the clicking I would have thought would be sinus. Maybe it was putting pressure on a nerve.
Sorry to hear you've got rheumatoid arthritis. My grandmother had it and it was very painful. She was much older than you though.

Hi folks sorry I've been AWOL I was 'unavoidably detained' elsewhere.;-)
Ms Mioux. I'm so glad they've sorted out what's wrong with you, and you seem to be taking all the right steps to take control of it.:-x
Kylie, glad to here things are jogging along on an even keel - fingers crossed it stays that way.
(((HUGS)) to the Freddies. It's a long, hard road, every step you take means one less to go and you seem to be coping remarkably well. :-x
Higs and hugs to everyone else.

Catty, i'm jealous of your weight loss. I have a battle with weight due to my thyroid condition, and now hormone medication. I'm not gaining weight, but finding it hard to lose weight, i'm not as active at the moment due to fatigue, but hopefully I will regain my up and go soon. Back to Sydney on Sunday, then home again Tuesday.

Happy elephants! That made me smile, thank you kopen :-x
Freddie darling, I'm not active either and won't be doing anything untill the RA is sorted but you could try cutting down on carbs - no bread, pasta, rice, sugar. That will strip weight off you real quick. But if you go really low carbs you'll need to add good fats for energy. Try the Atkins Induction diet. Brutal lol. Why are you going back to the hospital?
Love to all :-x
