Let's just throw these kiddie fiddlers in gaol. I don't care if they think it's right by their religion. Using their own stupid logic, throwing them in gaol isn't violating their religious right it's merely throwing out trash:)

I twigged that this was the case when Pell said in an interview that a 'relationship' (my word)  with a child was not as serious as a relationship  with a consenting woman.  It was all about celibacy vows.  This statement makes me wonder about Pell himself.  

A simple solution to solving the problem is to remove their ancestral prunes.  That will sort them out once and for all...........and they can sing in the gaol choir.

I cannot believe that 'sex with a child is understandable' but 'sex with a consenting woman is not'

... the thinking is outrageous and so utterly convoluted that I have to wonder what other beliefs the Catholic church harbours that are also totally wrong and dangerous.

Somewhere there is a saying that they got it wrong... it the word wasn't 'celibate' but 'celebrate'...

It really is an odd thing that a relion would condemn men and women to celibacy, where on earth has that come from?

please do not put sex with another male int he same circumstance as sex with a child.  a same sex relationship or experience is completely different from pedophelia on every level (despite what one of the lovely ladies from katter's party thinks).  

one would think having sex with a consenting woman or male was one thing and that would be up to the priest's conscience against his celibacy vows.  having sex with a child is wrong and criminal and anyone who does this should be arrested.

oh did he really say that?  I'm not questioning you .crystal.....   but I'm dumbfounded.  I know he's said some idiotic things but that is astounding.  He should be removed as the front

person in this Commission so he can't keep putting his foot in his mouth.
