"Many Catholic priests take a flexible approach to celibacy, tolerated by church leaders, and some believe sex with children or men does not count, a former Melbourne priest said on Wednesday."

Let's just throw these kiddie fiddlers in gaol. I don't care if they think it's right by their religion. Using their own stupid logic, throwing them in gaol isn't violating their religious right it's merely throwing out trash:)

How is it that a thread about Catholic celebacy vows has turned into a thread about access to private property?
Geez, talk about Chinese Whispers.

What gave you the idea I think it's fair Meep? Hasn't been fair since pre2003 = the whole WPI system & Carrs other changes stacked the deck against every worker & that sucks. BTW, What does a crusade have to do with a reasoned debate? Weren't you arguing the opposite for instance?..Isn't it PC these days to express an opinion ?
Anyway..... I got my threads mixed up re: the Katter thing. You're right Crystal back to the Pentateuch it is...lol

Not if you have BEWARE OF ATHEIST DOG
You can apologise all you like green cat, but they don't come anywhere near me - which is a good thing because I find them offensive and am quite prepared to say so...X-(

I find them offensive and am quite prepared to say so.
That's a shame, I've never had offensive religious callers. They have always
been polite and as soon as I indicate that I'm not interested they have
left.

Agree, have never ever had an offensive Religious door knocker.

Hey bright.ton, I don't think it's a shame, in fact, like Darki I'm not interested in debating one sided religious doctrine with those who make no room for other spiritual philosophies. It's not a conversation with these people, because their beliefs are so inflexible, reason, logic and tolerance are lost to dogma.
e.g. One such cult believes they'll have flames coming out of their heads, and the other imagine that we're descended from Aliens? Seriously? I can hardly keep a straight face let alone debate their ridiculous beliefs with any seriousness.
I'm never rude to them either, but being a natural stirrer I like to ask them for their address so I can drop by & impose my world views on them whenever I decide it's necessary. It's a mutual respect thing I reckon.
Most Mainstream religions don't engage in it and neither do most eastern religions e.g. Buddhists don't go door knocking for recruitment.
