So heres the video footage
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZBdYvN49eRU
She was angry that two kids did not get up and give her a seat, So she called the police to report it. Then things got a bit crazy as others started, imo, adding fuel to the fire.
She has been charged with using offensive language/

In no way do i condone her behavior, but i also dont condone the behaviou of the guy filming it who stirred it up even more by calling her a rude name.
Opinions?

I didn't watch it.
She surely must be mentally challenged.
The guy filmed it to give to authorities? maybe.
She deserves to be charged.
Children should stand for adults but if they don't, they are just illmannered.

In the United States, what she did isn't a chargeable offense, thanks to the First Amendment. However, she could be put off of the train if she refused to stop the ranting when told by authorities.

she was a right cow but the 'bystanders' weren't blameless in all that - and I really don't think she deserved to be arrested over it.

out of curiosity i went looking and it seems there was more to this whole thing than the article in the
OP reports.
I can understand why the bystanders were going at her and filming her and why she was charged now ....

Yes, however, there was another seat available apparently, she just wanted the children to stand up for her.
