Nev, you have no idea how much I wish it could just stop.It rips my heart out to see 2 young people I love deal with Mental Illness ....as a Mum I want to take it on myself and off them ...I can't.There are some things I can do to help them and other people like them.Charlotte knew that and did what she could to helps others in her life ...I will try too .

PH, I have posted through this thread what it is about .Repeated questioning and advice re this thread can be avoided if the whole thread is read.
Chuks post is an great post imo and the opinion of those who kudo'd it and I totally agree with her as is Az's most recent one
I want to help improve and save lives..................not be part of the problem which could result in loss of a life.

i agree with that, but it is STILL going to happen, or people in a sensitive state are going to see things in a negative way, that is part of mental illness, so isn't it a good approach to teach coping skills and resilience?
People need to know alternative methods to help themselves not fall victim.
