Cigarette tax is a good idea in so many ways

Smoking is just not enjoyable anymore anyway as it is just not socially acceptable.

You can't smoke here, you can't smoke there, what a terrible addiction to have 

Everyone should just give up!

Because food is a necessity, unlike cigarettes.  Maybe they should just tax obese people more?

Lots of food is taxed with the gst, basics being exempt. I always find it interesting checking the dockets to see which things don't have gst. Sometimes you wonder why one and not another.
